Here at JIangsu Tech we offer various manufacturing services with capabilities in metal injection molding. Our process allows us to produce highly detailed complex metal components more efficiently and economically than could be accomplished using traditional manufacturing methods. MIM parts feature superior mechanical properties due to the fine particle sizes and high density. Produced with highly precise net shape accuracy, MIM parts have excellent surface finishes and require minimal secondary finishing. Tolerances as close as ±0.02mm may be held on some dimensions. Secondary machining is provided when required, and finishing includes polishing and plating.
